Parkside is generally available for booking all year-round, including holidays. Holidays and special events may require a minimum 3 day stay; Harvard Commencement week requires a 4 day stay from May 23 through May 31. Minimum 3 days on weekends from September 1 to November 15. Weekend stays less than 3 days can only be booked 3 days in advance of the weekend. It is recommended that booking for June through October be made 4 weeks in advance. One night stays are assessed an additional $40.00 fee.
